Guarantees: what we undertake and how can you handle it quickly?

Your purchase security with us rests on two pillars: a 1‑month establishment guarantee and a variety identity guarantee. On this page we briefly and clearly summarise the conditions, exclusions and the process of making a guarantee claim (which photos and data are required), so that there is no unnecessary request for missing information. PharmaRosa® guarantees – overview

We provide establishment and variety identity guarantees for the plants we grow and sell.

We guarantee our customers that we will send viable roses of the correct variety. With professional planting and aftercare, the plant will develop optimally.

Potted roses have a root system that ensures good establishment. Planting is possible at any frost‑free time of the year. Planting must be carried out with due care.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

For PharmaRosa®, it is particularly important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below we have summarised which guarantees and options we offer for roses purchased in our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

We provide a 1‑month establishment guarantee on our products. If the rose does not sprout or dies despite professional planting and care, you can use your guarantee as follows:

How to submit a guarantee claim
  • Keep the invoice and take photos of the plants when you receive them.
  • Plant the roses as soon as possible, into open ground or into a pot of at least 20 litres.
  • Take individual photos of each planted rose bush.
  • If the plant dies, please send by e‑mail:
    • the name of the variety,
    • the number of plant(s),
    • the invoice number,
    • photos of the planted and dead plants.

We will prepare a short, pre‑filled guarantee claim e‑mail with your details, so that all the information required for the refund is definitely included and no time is lost with requests for missing data.

  • Preparing a guarantee‑claim e‑mail with all required data and a clear, easy‑to‑follow structure.
  • Clarifying the photo list: condition on receipt, planted bush, dead bush, tag/label.
  • Support for individual identification where there are several bushes (pairing variety–quantity–photo).
  • Providing bank account number and order data in a consistent way for fast processing.
  • Requesting all data required for a refund in an organised format (if needed).
  • Traceable communication after receipt: clear subject line and case type indication.

We will refund the price of the product.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • death due to drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the requested photos are not available,
  • growing climbing and rambler roses in pots.

Variety identity guarantee

We provide a variety identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If, at the first flowering, it becomes clear that the plant is not the ordered variety, you can choose from the following options:

  • refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
  • free replacement with the correct variety.

Please send your complaint to our customer service by e‑mail after flowering, supported by a photo.

If the complaint is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please attach:

  • the invoice for the purchase,
  • a photo of the plants on arrival,
  • the variety identification label.
