What do delivery condition and stock status mean?
The appearance of the rose at the time of delivery depends on the season and the weather – this is natural. Here we show you where you can find the “delivery condition” section, typical for the given month, for each variety, why the plant may differ from the photo, what the basket icon indicates about availability, and how all this relates to the establishment and variety identity guarantee.

Delivery condition, stock and guarantee – PharmaRosa®
The summary below helps you understand in what current stage of development the roses ordered from our online shop may arrive, where to find the most accurate information about this, and what guarantees we provide to make your purchase secure.
Expected condition of the rose plant on delivery
The rose is a living plant, so its current appearance and stage of development at the time of delivery may naturally vary depending on the season, the weather and the cultivation methods used.
Where can you find the current condition?
On the product page of each rose variety we indicate in what condition the stock is expected to be in the given month. Please open the selected variety, then scroll down on the product page to the “Delivery condition / current appearance” section, where you will find a month-specific photo and a short description.
What does the photo on the product page show?
The photo shows the average appearance typical of the given month (for example the stage before bud break, fresh shoot growth, leafing, or a neat condition after pruning). This information is useful because the rose continually changes throughout the year.
Why might the plant you receive look different from the photo?
- Weather variations: temperature and rainfall significantly influence shoot growth and foliage.
- Cultivation characteristics: the way the stock is managed (for example the timing of pruning) can affect its outward appearance.
- Natural individual differences: even under identical conditions, individual plants may be at different stages of development.
Purchase security: our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee, and we provide a variety identity guarantee for every rose we sell. This means you can rely on a secure purchase even if the appearance of the plant you receive naturally differs from the one shown in the photo.
PharmaRosa® guarantees and options
It is especially important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below is a brief summary of the guarantees and options we offer for roses bought in our online shop.
Establishment guarantee
Our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee. If, despite professional planting and care, the rose does not sprout or dies, we will provide a solution after assessing the guarantee claim.
The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- loss due to drought, frost or improper care,
- if the required photos are not available,
- if climbing and rambler roses are grown permanently in containers.
Variety identity guarantee
We provide a variety identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If during the first flowering it becomes clear that the plant is not the ordered variety, you can choose from the following options:
- a refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
- free replacement with the correct variety.
If the notification is made more than 6 months after receipt, we may request the following to enable precise identification:
- the invoice for the purchase,
- a photo of the plant(s) received,
- the variety identification label.
Variety availability and stock
Availability indicator
On the website, the appearance of the basket icon indicates that a variety is available to order. In other cases, the plants are still being grown and have not yet reached a marketable stage of development.
Why does the availability of varieties change?
Varieties become available at different times and in different quantities. The reason for this is that the growing cycle and rate of development of roses differ by variety, so we cannot give an exact date in advance for each variety as to when it will reach a saleable condition.
Stock updates
We update our stock daily; current availability always reflects the status on that particular day.
Not sure whether the condition of the rose on arrival is “as it should be” and what to expect in terms of guarantees?
We provide a short, practical explanation of how to interpret delivery conditions, stock indicators and the logic of the establishment/variety identity guarantees, so that you can make confident decisions and plant with peace of mind.
- Interpreting delivery conditions: what the month‑specific “current appearance” means and what counts as a natural variation
- Reading the product page: where to find the “Delivery condition / current appearance” section and how to use it when deciding
- What influences the appearance: weather, timing of pruning/handling, individual plant differences
- Practice of the establishment guarantee: what the 1 month covers and under which care conditions it applies
- Variety identity guarantee: why the first flowering is the decision point, and when replacement or refund may apply
- Stock and availability: what the basket icon indicates, why availability differs by variety, how stock is updated
